Intake Alert (7185975)
WARNING
Use a Polaris approved air filter. The use of a non-Polaris
approved air filter may cause engine damage. Before installing filter
ensure there is no dirt or debris in the clean side of the intake
tube. The air filter must be properly seated and the hinges fully
inserted when the lid is reinstalled. The intake tube must also be
fully seated on the air box and throttle body. Inspect full perimeter
if serviced. Clamps at air box and throttle body must be torqued to
5.5 N⋅m (49 in-lbs) or severe engine damage may occur. Please
reference your owner’s manual for additional information regarding
the air filter service.
