Headlight Lamp and Housing Replacement

  1. Remove and keep the four (4) headlight pod screws.

  2. Pull the pod cover forward.

  3. Disconnect the headlamp 1 from the main wiring harness.

  4. Remove the lamp from the housing.

    NOTICE
    If lens housing replacement is required, do so at this time.

  5. Install new lamp.

  6. Connect lamp to main wiring harness.

  7. Install pod cover with four (4) retained screws. Tighten fasteners until fully seated.
