Battery Removal

  1. Access the battery by opening the front storage rack lid.

  2. Remove the storage compartment underneath by rotating the two quarter-turn fasteners and lifting the storage compartment.

  3. Disconnect the black (negative) battery cable first.

  4. Disconnect the red (positive) battery cable last.

  5. Disconnect the battery hold-down strap.

  6. Lift the battery out of the ATV.
