Reporting Safety Defects (Canada)

To report a safety defect to Transport Canada, you may either fill out an online defect complaint form at their website (English: tc.gc.ca/recalls,
French: tc.gc.ca/rappels) or contact their Defect Investigations and Recalls Division by calling toll-free 1-800-333-0510 (Canada) or 819-994-3328 (Ottawa-Gatineau area / International).
