Halogen Brake Light / Taillight
Replacement

To replace the left brake light / taillight:

  1. Remove the harness connector from the back of the light assembly.

  2. Turn the bulb counter-clockwise 1/4 turn and pull it out of the assembly.

  3. Install the new bulb and rotate 1/4 turn clockwise to secure the bulb.

  4. Reinstall the harness connector. Test the light for proper operation

To replace the right brake light / taillight:

  1. Remove the heat shield covering the light assembly.

  2. Remove the harness connector from the back of the light assembly.

  3. Turn the bulb counter-clockwise 1/4 turn and pull it out of the assembly.

  4. Install the new bulb and rotate 1/4 turn clockwise to secure the bulb.

  5. Reinstall the harness connector.

  6. Reinstall the heat shield.

  7. Test the light for proper operation.
