Headlight Replacement

NOTICE

Before replacing the lamp, use a digital multimeter to test the harness to ensure the lamp is receiving 12 volts and that a ground path is present.


To replace headlights, do the following:

  1. Disconnect headlight lamp from the wiring harness. Be sure to pull on the connector, not on the wiring.

  2. Turn the lamp 1 counterclockwise to remove it.

  3. Insert new the new lamp and turn it clockwise to secure it. Reinstall the wire harness to the lamp.

    NOTICE

    Make sure the tab on the lamp locates properly in the housing.
