Disconnecting High Voltage Power

The high-voltage service disconnect 1 is located under the passenger-side seat. Lift the seat up and remove the storage bin to access the harness.

IMPORTANT
To remove the high-voltage service disconnect, grasp the connector by the plastic base. Do not pull the wire loop on top of the service disconnect.

Slide the lock tab 2 up, pinch the secondary lock, and then pull the plastic housing from the harness. Reattach the housing to the harness and push the lock tab down when you have finished servicing the 12V battery to resume driving.
