Ajaminen mäessä poikittain

Sivurinteessä ajaminen ei ole suositeltavaa. Virheellinen ajotapa voi aiheuttaa hallinnan menetyksen ja kaatumisen. Vältä sivurinteen ylittämistä, ellei se ole ehdottomasti tarpeen.

Jos rinteessä poikittain ajamista ei voi välttää, huomioi nämä ennakkovaroitukset:

  • Hidasta vauhtia.

  • Ole erityisen varovainen.

  • Vältä jyrkän rinteen poikki ajamista.

  • ADC-mallit: Käytä aina hitaan alueen vaihdetta ja kytke ADC 4x4 -tila päälle, ennen kuin ajat ylä- tai alamäkeen.
