Battery Removal

  1. Access the battery 1 by sliding the driver’s seat ahead. See Driver’s Seat Adjustment.

  2. Remove the battery cover and strap.

  3. Disconnect the negative (black) cable first.

  4. Disconnect the positive (red) cable last.

  5. Lift the battery out of the vehicle.
