Driven Clutch Removal
To access the driven clutch, remove the left side panel.

Remove the drive belt. See Drive Belt Removal for drive belt removal procedure.

Lock the temporary brake lock.
NOTICEIf the transmission is in Neutral, the driven clutch will spin with the temporary brake lock on. The transmission must be in High, Low, or Reverse for the temporary brake lock to stop the driven clutch from spinning.

Remove the spare belt holder.

Remove the driven clutch bolt 1 and flat washer 2.

Remove the driven clutch assembly 3 from the jackshaft.

Inspect the jackshaft and driven clutch splines for damage. Replace components as required.

Reverse the steps to install the driven clutch. Torque bolt to specification.
