The checklist below can be used to verify completion of pre-delivery items and can be provided to the customer.
VEHICLE FLUID LEVEL CHECKS - Verify all fluid levels are correct. Add fluid if required

q TRANSMISSION - Add oil if needed q FRONT GEARCASE - Add oil if needed q BRAKE FLUID - Verify fluid level in brake master cylinder(s) is between MIN and MAX marks q ENGINE OIL LEVEL - Verify oil level is correct q RADIATOR COOLANT LEVEL - Verify coolant level is correct. Add coolant if needed |
VEHICLE EQUIPMENT FUNCTION CHECKS - Verify function of all items listed in this category

q PARK BRAKE (If applicable) - Verify proper operation and adjustment q RIDE COMMAND, MAPS, CAMERA(S), AND AUDIO (If equipped) - verify the function of all Ride Command, GPS, mapping, front/rear camera, and audio functions. q GAUGES - Operational Readings q 2WD/AWD/Turf Mode (as equipped) - Verify proper operation q WINCH (if equipped) - Verify proper operation q LIGHTS, All Exterior and Interior - Verify operation and adjustment |
FINAL VEHICLE CHECKS - Verify all items are inspected

q COSMETIC INSPECTION - Check for damage and proper fit and finish q WHEEL NUTS - Torque all to specification q WHEEL TOE ALIGNMENT - Verify proper toe setting q TIRE PRESSURE - Verify pressure is set to specification q GREASE FITTINGS - Verify all suspension and propshaft grease fitting locations are lubricated q AIR FILTER - Inspect air filter conditions q DOORS - Install, check door alignment and latch operation. Adjust if needed q BATTERY INSPECTION - Verify battery connections are tight, clean, and free of corrosion. Check voltage and charge if below 12.8 DC volts q SEAT BELTS - Install (as applicable) and check for smooth operation and latching q PRODUCTION STICKER / PROTECTIVE FILM REMOVAL - remove properly q UNIT INQUIRY - Review UNIT INQUIRY for any factory directed modifications or applicable Team Tips, Service Communications, or Safety Communications for this VIN |
