Throttle Stop and Speed Control System

Have an adult use the following procedure to control the speed range of the ATV:

  1. Locate throttle adjuster behind front left tire.

  2. Loosen throttle adjuster jam nut and turn stud clockwise to increase vehicle speed.

  3. Turn stud counterclockwise to reduce vehicle speed.

  4. After adjusting stud to desired vehicle speed, torque the jam nut to specification.

TORQUE

Throttle Adjuster Jam Nut

15 ft-lbs (20 N·m)

  1. Cycle throttle lever several times to verify cable function.

  • 1 Throttle Adjuster Jam Nut

  • 2 Throttle Adjuster Stud
