Side Panel / Footwell Removal

Remove the seats. See Seat Removal.

Use the multi-function pliers (included in your vehicle’s toolkit) to remove the four push rivets from the side panel and close off panel.

Grasp the rear of the side panel. With a firm motion, pull the side panel outward to disengage it from the vehicle.

Remove the close off panel.

Remove the two fasteners and two push rivets securing the footwell to the front cab and rear cab.

Remove the three fasteners and three nuts from the passenger footrest bracket.

For drive belt removal, remove the fastener from the bottom of the passenger footrest bracket tube.

Remove the two fasteners and two nuts from the passenger footrest.

Remove the four fasteners and four nuts from the bottom of the footwell. Pull the footwell downward and outward to remove it.

Remove the seats. See Seat Removal.

Grasp the rear of the side panel. With a firm motion, pull the side panel outward to disengage it from the vehicle.

Lift the close off shield out of the vehicle.

Remove the two fasteners and two push rivets securing the footwell to the front cab and rear cab.

Remove the three fasteners and three nuts from the passenger footrest bracket.

Remove the two fasteners and two nuts from the passenger footrest.

Remove the four fasteners and four nuts from the bottom of the footwell. Pull the footwell downward and outward to remove it.
