Timbersled RIOT PRO snow bikes are equipped with FOX® QS3® shocks that utilize spring preload adjusters and shock clickers to customize weight transfer and shock compression.

The best suspension setting depends on many variables including the riding terrain and the rider’s weight, riding style, and individual preferences. The spring preload should be adjusted for rider weight and weight transfer. Once set, the spring preload will not need to change with conditions. The shock clickers can be adjusted multiple times throughout a ride and control the ride quality depending on terrain and riding style.

During initial setup, first consider whether to keep or remove the limiter strap. Next, set the initial spring preloads for rider weight. See Spring Preload Adjustment for details and procedure. Additionally, TSS and TRIO air pressure can be set based on rider weight prior to riding.
