LED Front Bumper Headlight Adjustment

  1. Ensure the pressure of each tire is at the recommended level.

  2. Place the vehicle on a level surface with the front bumper lights approximately 25 ft (7.6 m) from a wall.

  3. Put the transmission in PARK (P).

  4. Load the vehicle with the equivalent weight of a rider.

  5. Measure the distance from the floor to the center of each front bumper light and make a mark on the wall at the same height.

  6. Turn the ignition ON and turn the front bumper lights to high beam.

  7. Observe the headlight aim on the wall. The most intense part of the headlight beam should be aimed 2 in (5 cm) below the mark placed on the wall in step 4.

  8. Unlock the front rack latches and open the front rack.

  9. Adjust the beam to the desired position by tightening or loosening the screw at the top of each front bumper light. Adjust each headlight independently.

    WARNING

Due to the nature of ATVs and where they are operated, headlight lenses become dirty. Frequent washing is necessary to maintain lighting quality. Riding with poor lighting can result in severe injury or death.
