Air Filter Removal / Installation

  1. Remove the seat and the clutch intake boot 1

    .

  2. Remove the air box cover strap 2 and the air box cover 3.

  3. Remove the filter 4.

  4. Remove the fabric type pre-filter 5 from the main filter 6. Wash the pre-filter in soapy water, then rinse and let dry.

  5. Reinstall the pre-filter over the main filter. Install a new main filter if needed.

  6. Reinstall the filter into the air box.

  7. Reinstall the air box cover, the air box cover strap, the clutch intake boot, and the seat.
