Battery Removal

  1. The battery is located at the front of the generator, just below the control panel.

  2. To expose the battery, detach the battery access panel by removing the two screws.

  3. Disconnect the battery hold-down strap.

  1. Lift the battery 1 out of the generator.

  1. Disconnect the black (negative) battery cable first by removing the M5 screw 2.

  2. Disconnect the red (positive) battery cable last by removing the M5 screw 2.
