Seat Height Adjustment

Your Timbersled Ripper is equipped with a seat height adjustment feature. The factory setting is with the adjustment bolts in the low position (seat is at its tallest height).


To lower the seat height, perform the following procedure:

  1. Remove the cowl around the chassis by removing the 4 nylon rivet fasteners 1.

  2. Remove the 2 retaining bolts 2, one on each side of the chassis, from the upper shock mount.

  3. Position the upper shock mount up to the top hole 3 in the chassis.

  4. Install the retaining bolts and torque to specification.

    TORQUE

    Upper Shock Retaining Bolts:

    44 ft-lbs (60 N·m)
