Brake Lever Adjustment
The Timbersled Ripper is equipped with a Hayes® Dominion Hand Brake. The level reach is adjustable to fit various rider hand sizes.
WARNING
DO NOT adjust the brake lever closer than 1/2 in (1.3 cm) from
the handlebar. Adjusting the lever closer than 1/2 in (1.3 cm) could prevent the brakes
from functioning properly resulting in severe injury or death.

Locate the adjustment knob 1 on the Hayes® brake assembly.

Turn the knob COUNTERCLOCKWISE to bring the lever CLOSER to the handlebar.

Turn the knob CLOCKWISE to adjust the lever FARTHER from the handlebar.
NOTICE
Do not attempt to force the adjustment screw beyond its limits.
