Ignition Switch

The ignition switch has three positions: OFF, RUN, and START.

  • 1 OFF Vehicle / Display power off

  • 2 RUN Vehicle / Display power on

  • 3 START Activates starter motor (if equipped)

If equipped with electric start, turn the key to START to crank the engine. When released, the key automatically returns to the RUN position.

IMPORTANT
If planning to be away from your vehicle for longer than a few minutes, always turn the ignition switch to the OFF position after using the engine stop switch. If the ignition is left in the RUN position, the 7S Display will remain active and continue to draw power from the battery. This snowmobile is not equipped with manual start. If the battery is fully depleted, the engine will not start.
