Toe Alignment

Polaris recommends zero toe alignment for Outlaw 70. Check using the procedure below.

WARNING
Severe injury or death can result from improper toe alignment and adjustment. Do not attempt to adjust tie rod alignment. All tie rod adjustments should be performed by an authorized POLARIS dealer or other qualified service facility.
  1. Position the vehicle on a level surface.

  2. Place the handlebars in a straight-ahead position.

  1. Tie a length of string 1 between two stands. Position the stands so that the string is flush with the side of the rear tire. If available, you may use a long straightedge instead of string.

  2. Measure the distance from the string to the rim at the front and rear of the front rim. The rear measurement should be equal to the front measurement to obtain zero toe alignment.

  3. Repeat the measurement procedure on the other side of the vehicle.

  4. If you discover improper alignment, see your POLARIS dealer for service.
