Throttle Block Alignment

  1. Slightly loosen the set screw 4 on the bottom of the throttle block housing.

  2. Move the control block to desired position.

  3. Torque the set screw to specification. Do not over-torque.

  4. With the engine off, test throttle lever movement after tightening the screw.

Throttle Block Cover

Adjusting the throttle block cover screws is not required to align the position of the throttle block. Removing the cover screws should only be necessary if replacing or removing the throttle block from the handlebar assembly. See your authorized Polaris dealer or certified technician for throttle replacement information.
