Headlight Bulb Replacement

To replace the headlight bulb, do the following:

  1. Disconnect the headlight harness 1 and pull the harness away from the headlight assembly. Be sure to pull on the connector, not on the wiring.

  2. Remove the rubber cap 2 from the back of the housing.

  3. Turn the plastic collar 3 counterclockwise to access the bulb.

  1. Remove the bulb and replace with a new bulb.

  2. Re-attach plastic collar and turn clockwise to secure.

  3. Install the rubber cap and re-connect the harness to the headlight assembly.
