Fluid Level Check

  1. Elevate the vehicle using appropriate jack stands. Make sure the elevated vehicle is level.

  2. Remove the fill plug 1. If the fluid level is not within 5 mm of the bottom edge of the fill hole, add the recommended fluid to bring the level to the bottom edge of the fill hole.

  3. Reinstall the fill plug.

    TORQUE
    19-35 ft-lbs (26-48 Nm)

  4. See your dealer for service. A low fluid level indicates a fluid leak.
