Headlight Nacelle

REMOVAL

  1. Remove the three screws from each side of the nacelle. Remove the nacelle from the bike.

    IMPORTANT
    Hold the nacelle in place while removing the screws to prevent damage.

INSTALLATION

TIP
Check the left and right markings on the inside of the mounting brackets prior to installation.

  1. Loosely install the nacelle onto the bike with the six screws. Torque the two outer screws to specification.

    TORQUE

    Screws:

    84 in-lbs (10 N·m)

  2. Torque the inner screw to specification.

    TORQUE

    Screw:

    84 in-lbs (10 N·m)
